PUCC celebrated Mardi Gras Sunday with the Irving Street Ramblers playing. We moved with celebration and joy anticipating the Great Hundred Days from now until Pentecost. China McCall Evans led us in a ritual of intention for renewal and growth. Our sacred text was from Luke 5: 33-35. May we celebrate in anticipation of the deeper community we will build with one another this spring for the sake of mercy and justice.
