We marked the first Sunday of the Season of Creation with Forest Sunday. Everyone in attendance (and able to) was invited to take a few moments outdoors for the Passing of the Peace. The congregation was encouraged to bring a small element that is abundant on our land back into the sanctuary for an altar. Ann L. offered a witness. Grant W. and Sarah Lu B. offered music for the service. We shared in a full communion service. Our sacred text came from Acts 17: 22-28.
